Hello All,
Got a job to do replacing a shower, like for like replacement so no problems there but the Isolator switch is on the wall the other side of the shower (i.e. in the hall) and is a DP 45A Switch with neon. I am not looking to change it but have not seen one like this before, I have only seen pull swtiches before. Interested on any thoughts. Cheers

i think its just preference to the local isolation, i normally use pull cords but for example if your have a sloped ceiling the pull cords look crap at an angle and sometimes dont pull very well, so use a switch!

I almost always use a pull switch, check out crabtree 50amp version for 10mm cable.
However fitted a designa shower as replacement recently and the instructions said to fit a wall isolator outside of bathroom, don't know why though.
