Shower room..With sockets??

I have a customer who is having a room at the back of there house done that will be a bedroom/shower room, It will have tiled floor A bed, Downlights, and a shower cubicle.

The customer has asked about having double socekets in there, I know you cant have standard 13a socket outlets within 3 meters but what about IP Rated sockets...?? dont come across this situation everyday so not sure what the options are regarding socket outlets, Anyone have any ideas? the rooms prob about 12ft x 16ft

Have a look in the Regs and OSG they will give you all the info regarding what and where in the various zones.

What about putting them a couple of shaver sockets in and then if they want to plug their rechargable rabbits or tv's thats upto them ( as long as you tell them the dangers?

yes 3m from the boundary of zone 1. but note that all circuits of the location will need additional protection by 30MA RCD
