Hi, just wondering if any one could shed any light on this for me and back up what I already think. If this fan is wired up from
The lights via a SL and N setup. with no permanent feed.
If the SL was connected into the live or SL terminal on the fan would it cause the fan to malfunction. Thanks.
 
I've been told when this fan has been connected up, it's been connect SL - live terminal
On fan and n - natural. Iv been told the fan worked fine, coming on with the lights and going off with the lights, as switched. Should ther be any reason for this to Damage the fans motor connected the way.

Personally I don't think so! I can't see how it would effect the motor.
