single core cables not glanded?

What code would you give on a pir,when single core cables that are installed in flexible conduit and the conduit is not glanded into a box? The single core cables are terminated into a lighting choc box. Cheers!

In your assement as the tester what do you think?

Is there a chance because the flexible conduit is not glanded that the cable will be damged and so fails regulation 522.8.1.
Is there a chance where the wiring system is sited that there can be water damge or ingress and so would this contravene regulation 522.3.1
Is there a chance that the IP rating of the wiring system does not comply with regulation 522.4.1 and would be a danger.

You are going to have to make the call. Certianly I would expect at least to code this a 4 as it would IMO fail Reg 522.8.1.

Is there a chance of a dangerous situation by the conduit not being glanded, as in the other 2 scenrios, then if in your opinion there is then yes a code 2.
