3 brass bushes on db ,12 circuits ,live going through bush 1, neutrals through bush 2, cpc through bush 3 , anything in regs about eddy current ,4mm single cores
 
I meant yes there is something in the regs, which was the question you asked.
Also that all live conductors must go through the same entry into a ferrous enclosure.
I thought that I had answered the question!

It is NOT allowed to put lives and neutrals through separate entries into a ferrous enclosure.

Regulation 521.5.2.
....Where conductors enter a ferrous enclosure, they shall be arranged such that the conductors are only collectively surrounded by ferrous material.
That means that all the conductors must be in the same hole.
By slotting between holes, you would be joining the holes into one larger very odd shaped hole.
However that would only work if the brass bushes do not have a steel nut on them.
