holy crap, can this channel sink any lower?

i've just tuned in to see what the big prime time blockbuster movie is and, lo and behold, it's a bleedin french film with subtitles.

this channel's getting worse, it constantly fobs us off with films that no one's ever heard of. even channel 5 are laughing at this shower. S.M.P. are only showing 1 or 2 decent movies a month these days.

and how come films like expendables and warrior never got shown on premiere? more and more big movies seem to be slipping past sky.


i might go back to the pub.

saw the first series (on fox i think), then it just disappeared. i thought it had been cancelled after the first series.

Series 5 is quite happily downloading here in the Republic of Mancunia!

What's wrong with French movies?

there's a time and a place marvo. and friday night after a gallon of carling black label just aint right. you can't expect me to watch a movie AND read at the same time.

also, i'm paying a premium for the movie channels - the big friday night premiere should be something a little bit higher profile.

there's plenty of other movie channels on sky where a foreign film would fit in a lot better.

i've got a few decent programmes taped on my tivo box. 1 episode of justified, 3 episodes of falling skies and the last series of the walking dead (best program on telly). i think i'll watch a couple of episodes of the walking dead, before lights out.
