Hi guys,

I am wanting to change my voltage to start feed in from 150v to 125v but when i set it to 125 and save it and go into one of the other inverters and change that and go back again it changes back to 150v every time, what am i doing wrong is the something that im missing ?

Also i was wanting to know what the constant voltage controll, voltage setpoint is it is currently at 550v.

thanks in advance for all the help .

ok i seem to have got it to stay changed or at least when i loged in this-morning it said it was at 125v to start feed in.
Im just wanting to know if there are any tweeks for the sma3000tl inverters that can incresse the yeald

Also a quick run down of my system well its really 2 systems 3KW on east facing roof conected in 2 strings of 6 panels are sharp ND-R250R5 with an open voltage of 37.3
This is the same setup on the west facing roof. I would just like to know if this seems like it is setup ok thanks

Im sure oneof the guys who use SMA often will answer, we dont so thats why ive not replied.

If you have any slight shading the enabling global optitrack can help increase yeilds if those inverters have this option.

I thought about changing startup voltage and came to the conclusion that unless you have a string of say 4 to 5 panels where the string voltages are lower then don't bother. You just have the inverter running for an extra half hour producing a few Watts. There may even be a case for increasing the startup voltage to extend the inverter life in some cases.

Probably best to leave it alone and let the system designer select the optimum or stick with the manufacturer settings.
