SO much for SMA being the best!

Fitted SB3800V today, turned on and.......................nothing, not a click, hum or buzz! DEAD ON ARRIVAL!

Called technical.......27 times! engaged yet at 5pm ring ring ring!

My thoughts on SMA being the best are confirmed. Poor show I think.

I've phoned them twice in Germany and found them to be very good at returning the call
although the first person always seems to be someone who speaks little English (but much better than my German) then the call back is someone more fluent but no complaints from that end yet.
I've tried the uk office and never had an answer or reply to an email!

Mine was a faulty ESS. Had a replacement the next day once they finally answered the phone the day after the installation. All working well now

Turned out to be dodgy DC spade conections inside. All fired up once I pushed them on fully!!
