So I was minding my own business, ordering some red stuffing glands for a fire alarm modification, and this caught my eye:
"The SWA CG/SF-20SR is a 20mm Small SmartFit cable gland. It simply snaps in to place, meaning you save time when applying, and there is no need for a locknut or threaded hole. The gland has a red finish and an Ingress Protection rating of IP68."
Anyone tried these (or the white version)? Do they feel solid once installed? Can you ever get them out again?!
In the end I ordered the boring traditional ones for the job and a couple of these out of curiosity.
Thanks
