this previous week ive been called to a fault on a socket to find it only works when a heater is plugged in and switched on. this is the first kind of thing like this ive come across, is there any specific tests which i should do in order to find the fault or is it just dig deep into the circuit and see what i can find? has anyone else come across this type of fault, if so what was the outcome?
