Sockett and switch heights

Evening all new to site/forum but looking for some advice
Regs around sockett and switch heights
i am a builder I have a part p sparky in at present he insists that the socketts are higher and switches are lower re disabled access however my client will not have it he wants the new extension socketts and switches installing at original and same heights
I have encountered this problem before

The socket and switch heights apply ONLY to new dwellings, not extensions.

Agree rewires or additions can be at original heights.
