Solar Cupcakes - Inventive Solution Required

Solar cup cakes are the bees knees, great comfort food and a great way to explain the benefits of solar energy BUT it's peeing down and my argument tomorrow about making the cup cakes free using good British sunshine is going to be lown out of the water!

Any inventive solutions?????
