What's with these guys. I want to buy an upgrade but they never answer their phone or return a call. They don't even bother replying to emails either.

Question: Is there some secret code/sign you need to use to get their attention or have they gone to the wall.

That is the number I have, but have never had any problem getting through. Like a lot of businesses, they may now have less staff. I didn't see Chris at Solar Power UK last week.

It is a bit of a mystery. They are usually pretty good.

Thanks for checking SK. I had trouble getting a serial number from them a couple of years ago and only received it after Chris read a post I made on the open forum. I might have to try the German office.

They also have a technical support number, but you will get charged something like 96p a minute for phoning it: 0905 160 0 016.
You could ask them to phone you back PDQ.
