Hi everyone,

I'm an electrician from Cornwall. I've got about 5 years post apprenticeship experience. Mainly domestic but I've done some commercial and a little bit of industrial. I've done a fair bit of work with SWA's. And also a little bit of Solar work on domestic properties.

So I've decided that I'm getting a bit bored of wiring houses, and I'm looking for something to start specialising in. So I was thinking about getting in to working on Solar Farms.

So a few questions:

Has anyone done much Solar farm work? What's it like? Bit wet and cold through the Winter?

Anyone know any companies who do the installs? As I'm struggling to find any install companies on-line.

Anyone got any contacts for this kind of work?

Thanks everyone :)
