Hi

In the process of installing Solar iBoost
No issues with the unit that needs to be installed in between 16A MCB and Immersion.

Can someone clarify exactly where should install the clamp

I have attached to this post a photograph of the wiring at the Utility Meter.

You will see connections coming from the Utility Meter and the Inverter, each separately going into the block.

Do I attach the clamp on the live cable coming from the Utility Meter to the block or do I attach it to the live cable coming from the block an going to the Consumer Unit

Grateful for comments

Make sure you put the clamp on the right way round (you'd be surprised how many don't). If it's dull, you can also do a "kettle test" just to make sure it working by turning the clamp around the wrong way and knocking the kettle on. This makes the iBoost think your exporting and starts to divert energy to the immersion. Just make sure you remember to turn it back again!

Wot no seal on the DNO fuse ? who cut that?
Wot not labelled the circuits in the CU?
Wot I can see the inner insulation on the tails going into the henley blocks...
Basic errors - I'd send the apprentice back to fix those...
