Any of you attending Solar Power UK this year? I know a few made it last year despite the chaos, was it worth the trip?

We are thinking of heading up for a day, looking for some new ideas to embrace

We went last year - the day the news broke. Well worth it once you've managed to bypass the sales guys ;-)

 

[SolarCity]

We went last year also. Worth a trip but don't expect to learn much - I think these shows are better suited towards distributors. There are hundreds of panel manufacturers and they're obviously not really interested in dealing with your smaller firms - and visa versa

 

[Worcester]

We missed it last year - was on the way when I got a call from my insider at the treasury at 9am!, - before Barking smoothed round it and it was leaked on the EST site, so YES we will be going this year. Mainly to identify products and opportunities for next year.
