Hi all,

I am looking at 2 x new build dentists and i am going to suggest Solar Power, which i will then pass on to one of you for a small fee ;) what can i do to promote the solar?

It is in Bradford

Best thing to do is to strike up a realtionship with someone like GavinA, and before you talk money just see how much knowledge someone like Gavin hase, then go in 'as a team' and let them do the selling - it's a highly specialised art.

Why do people buy? - these are thir hot spots, in no particular order:
Save Money
Make Money
Do their bit for the environment.
Get the right EPC for the buidling.

Bearing in mind this is a business (unless the dentist decided to own it himself as part of his pension plan) they will also effectively 'fix' a large anount of their power costs for a long period of time. Ther are howver interesting VAT implications on new build :) - Who will own the buidlings? Who will own the PV?

You see when I mentioned "pension" there's a lot more to the reason why someone would do it and HOW they would pay for it. Than just a simple 'good idea' - so choose your PARTNER not just paid subby and you'll both benefit.

More questions than answers hence the need for an expert. :)

i would like to connect a dentist up to a full solar array and assure him that it won't hurt.

You need to pass the job on to someone who is competent and up to speed with solar installs and regulations .
