Hello,
I've moved in to a house with a string of eight panels in series, connected to a SE2200H . The previous home owner had the inverter replaced about two year ago. Since I moved in, I've always thought it's "not been quite right" but hadn't found the time to investigate fully. Well, today's the day!!!
At points today I've seen it putting about 1.5KW of A/C out, so I now know that it can work. However, I've had the following errors at various times, each time requiring a complete reset:
Error code 18xB7
HW Error
and
Error code 18xC7
RSD Error
Can anyone provide any insight further than the install PDF I've managed to find?
My second set of questions is around remote monitoring. The inverter is in the loft so very inconvenient for direct monitoring / troubleshooting. I've connected it to the network (hardwired) and it's taken an IP address but a port scan shows nothing open. I know nothing about these devices ... is there any free software I can use to monitor it? I see that there's an open-source project who have implemented the SolarEdge protocol, but that requires that I extract the encryption key from the inverter over a local RS-232 link. That would be fine, except it seems that my generation inverter has had the RS-232 port removed! I have a pair of RS-485s and a module which seemed to provide ZB and WiFi, which I've unplugged from the main board as I didn't want to use it.
Any advice very gratefully received!
