I recently went into partnership with my friend whos a jack of all trades.
Went with him to price up some decking, the customer had quotes at £1000 for a 13ft x 10 ft deck.
We priced up material and labour and come out at £661.00 which we thought was reasonable,
Got a phone call today that were are not needed and just to be told 'your to expencive we have had a quote for £200 including material and labour' and this is not the best part....
The person that gave them that price was a plumber who was working on there house!
