Walked into ToysRUS the other day and a sign fitter was on top of a 10 tread double sided step ladder Work aresa cordoned of with barrier tape noone at bottom and he was reaching way out to the side holding a largish sign then a worker from store did same to reach a stack of loosely packed toys above top shelf POOR Manager was puting tickets on shelf close by BANG BANG I didnt miss even my MRS was shocked she pointed out 6 things before I started
1 red n white tape wont stop a child making its wat to a toy
2 above could result in child knocking into steps
3 leaning over at full stretch steps could possibly move
4 double sideing steps could result in him going down and slipping over
5 noone at bottom to prevent ant kids/adults with no sence ( 75% of people in shops ) when what they came for is behind a cordon Had it 100s of times where mrJones has come through chains,moved barriers to gain access
6 the TRU guy had noone at bottom boxes werent stable could have fallen guy didnt look that sure of his balance either
then I stepped in and informed her that HSe would come down on her like a ton of bricks jShe then came out with a cracker "the sign guys arent my responcibility they dont work for me "
