Spd and certification

When installing a new dB with an mcb protecting the spd do you class this as a circuit and include it on the test schedule at cct 1 for example?

The circuit schedule should match the layout of the board so I would say yes and only till in the required bits, although there is an SPD section at the top of the circuit schedule

I don't unless it is connected through a protective device.
