got to that time where im thinking about specialising and doing something where theres a bit more money, was thinking about lighting, power distribution or maybe going into hvac, anybody know anythin about hvac and can recommend it or put me off it?

there's sparks that can do all of that,specialist doesn't work anymore multi skilled is the way forward

There was a thread recently where some ventilation 'engineer' came on here saying all sparks are useless and over complicate things and he couldn't get a spark who could do hvac wiring.
The guy was an idiot and i got the impression was only here for an argument so I didn't really take him seriously, but considering he works in that field he may have had some kind of point.
By the look of it the course you need is C&G 2079 (it's about a day) for handling refrigerant gas.
