Can anyone reccomend a motor speed controller for a commercial kitchen cooker extractor, nothing fancy, no need for air volume sensors or tacho outputs just a single phase with pot, 16 to 20 A

fitted one the other week. think it was a vent-axia. there are several units available for what you need. try google .
