Can anybody point to a good site with info on these ?
A customer that wants more info on why his economy seven has never worked .....

it can give a reduced rate after normal hours, however he will need to contact his supplier and ask for it, they won't just give him a discount for fun, these meters are different from the old off peak meters which were switches, unless he applies for the reduced rate and can prove he needs it he won't get it, they are little so and so's these days.
 
Okay fair enough, but the spark bashing here at times makes me very angry, maybe in this case he deserved it, but we need to stick together as our trade is on it's knees and there are so many unskilled people entering the trade with part p qualified on their vans mocking us for being professional and being over cautious, it just winds me up seeing anyone mocking a spark on a sparks forum. Still seething now even though you may be right this time, it is about time we stood up for each other again as public floggings for electricians needs to end, and end now.
