I am currently doing a board change for my elecsa assessment. The house i am doing the work at all the sockets are on the one ringmain. Have been round and the way it is wired It is not possible to split it in to two circuits without rewiring the whole thing.
Wired two sockets downstairs to 5 sockets upstairs to 3 sockets downstairs to 1 upstairs then down to the kitchen.

Have looked in the on site guide and cannot see anything which says every ciruits should be provided with its own isolating device.

Will it be ok to leave it as it is for the assessment.

could you not break the ring and leave it as 2 radials, each on a 16A or 20A MCB?

No were to break it that was my plan. but its been wired in such as crazy way. I would have though downstairs would have been one ring with a link to the upstairs ring but thats not the case. Its been wired up and down.
