Regs wise , does a oven have to be a dedicated circuit? Job tonight had a spur feeding garage ( 2 lights and socket ) which was fed in 6mm from cooker circuit. Obviously isn’t good practice but would it be a C3 due to not been dangerous? Landlord is cheapskate and won’t pay for new feed for garage.

It's really bad design but I don't think you could code it as any more than a C3. Is there further fusing down between the sockets and lights in the garage ?
It’s a terrible design and was installed less than 5 years ago, there’s a 13A spur to the garage - load outgoing to double socket to another spur and fused down to 3A to supply lights so all ok that side of things! I just can’t see why it would be dangerous but would never do it myself! Thanks

I suppose if the original 6mm is only supplying an electric oven and not an electric hob as well it's not so bad. Still very unconventional though.
It’s literally just a 13a Plug in oven fed from the cooker circuit hob is plugged into kitchen ring! Barmy install to be honest not dangerous just poor and no pride in work !
