Spur to Shed - Part p?

Morning,

I haven't bothered Signing up with any of the Bodies as I don't do enough Notifiable work - Mostly small jobs and repairs.

Just a quick question, am I reading the new Part p Rules (2013) correctly - Would an FCU spurred from Downstairs Ring to feed a shed be notifiable or not.

I'm reading it as 'not' as the garden/out buildings are not special locations and it's not a new circuit being taken from CU.

Just wondered how other people are reading it?

Well its quite clearly explained in Approved Document P, so I would say no its not notifiable.

I'm astounded how many people don't realise this, nor have their location on their profile - as this would avoid a number of rather repetitive Q&A's

Absolutely - what are they trying to hide?

Nearest town would be enough to avoid the Welsh, Northern Ireland or Scottish "variables"
