spurs off a radial

can i spur off a central heating radial circuit wired in 2.5.if so can i take the feed from the fused spur feed side. it is for a fridge as there are no sockets near by to spur from.

if its on 16a or 20a supply then its ok,central heating only takes 3amp in fcu usually so loading no issue,just need appropriate labelling at consumer unit.
