I have a number of stacked boards or dual tariff if you prefer to upgrade as there is some moderisation going on, what is the best option, keep the CU case and mcb.s and use split load kits or bin the lot and start over. I know I wiil have problems with this as a straight swop is unlikely and some of the exising has had the sheathing cut back so far its almost imposible to identify what leg pairs with what, so the boards will have to come off in some cases. Am I allowed under the regs to extend existing T+E to accomodate this. Also on the off peak rail will I have to fit RCD,s I think that I will as I dont think you can partially upgrade an istallation to 17th and leave part still 16th, problem here is it,s a three way split with two main switches, one for off peak storage one for off peak immersion heater and the third is back on day supply for convector heater circuits The boards are mainly MEM 2000, MK sentry, with some Proteus ?? I was going to post some pics but I lost my phone but I may still post some if anybody can help perhaps if you have tackled this sort of stuff before
