Stacked CU's

Anyone know of any stacked CU's that meet the new regs? I have about 20 circuits and a narrow piece of wall to get it in.

Currently there is a timeline of smaller CU's spanning the decades all over the place and I need to consolidate them.

can the board go anywhere else? im sure £300 of rcbo will be cheaper than a custom enclosure when you take the time into it

Another punt, why not get a 8 way tpn board and get a single phase conversion kit, this way the board will be narrow and long rather than wide and short, plenty of makes around, hager is an attractive board.

Next option was the wylex duplex as mentioned above... Wylex haven't actually made any yet though... They're due to start production in January - and there's a waiting list... So say Eddies.

Hi All, Thanks for the responses so far. I looked at a tpn DB with single phase kit but the cost of all the RCBOs scared them off.

So in the end i am going for an insulated MK sentry stacking kit and getting it in before the year ends.. So i failed i guess....

If your close to Dorset could sell you mine! Was too tall for the job I had in mind and Wylex wanted 20% restocking charge, so keeping it and see what turns up!

Yes but does it have the clear plastic doors or the amd3 metal hinged doors?

AFAIK amd3 duplex's are on back order and they stopped making the previous version earlier in the year which had the plastic doors.

Since the into to the third amendment says that "Installations designed after 30th June 2015 are to comply with BS 7671:2008 incorporating Amendment 3:2015", I say that you just have to design the installation before 1st Jan to still be able to use boards that don't comply with 421.1.201.
