Storage heaters

Im doing some work for my mate in his office and got to put a few circuits in for lights, sockets e.t.c As it gets very cold during the cold weather im am putting in a couple of storage heaters but am not sure if the heaters are set to come on late at night (say between 12 and 7) is that econmey 7 or do i need a different meter. or what are the times of econmey 7 ?

You need to get the correct tarriff set up by the supplier

So he wouldnt automatically get cheap rate from 12 ?
