Strange cu wiring.

I was at a job today and she said a new cu had been fitted a while ago.It was a Contactum with MCBs.No earthing sleeving anywhere just bare wires,but the odd thing was all the line conductors going into the MCBs had green and yellow stripey tape wrapped round them

Probably made a right mess of stripping the cables and had to cover them somehow!
Unfortunately used all his G/Y tape on the line and had none left for the cpcs!
