Good day! I have a 200 AMP service with the main shut off installed outside. From there, 60 AMP line to hot tub, separate main feed to what is now my "sub panel" ( main box) in my basement. My dilemma is that my common bus bar is full. As it is now a sub panel, I cannot place any commons onto the ground bus bar. If I add an additional common bar, how do I bond it to the existing common bar? Also, do I have to ensure that no ground wires come into contact with it, which will limit my options for installation, or force me to re-route some circuits within the box?

Thanks!

If you are saying that your equipment ground bar is full you can go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy a ground bar for your panel, it even has the holes predrilled. To assure continuity install a # 10 jumper from the existing ground bar to the new bar. Please make sure that your panel is not energized before you install your ground bar. You have to keep your grounds separate from your neutrals
