hi have been asked to price to replace garage swa and new submain to log cabin and outside caravan hook up. garage is 20 mtrs and cabin 90 mtrs from that was thinking off fitting new 80a switch fuse were submain for garage is now.replacing the 63a rcd that is there and then run feed to cabin from garage 25mm swa to garage and 16mm to cabin earthing is tt .any thought greatly appreicated.

Depends very much on your load as to whether you will have volt drop problems. If i read it correctly and its 20 M and then 90 M in 25mm² and then 16mm² respectively, you are going to have problems with volt drop on your lights if the load is over 25 amps :)
