Is this suitable for zone 2 in a bathroom adjacent to shower?

Yes thats what i read. Never a seen a heater like this before allowed in a bathroom. With a display amd controls, no earth to the metal body(ok must be double insulated).
Been found in a bathroom on an eicr done, customer now unhappy i gave it a c2.?!
