Suitable tests to determine the likely problem for each of the situations:
A shock received whilst changing an Es lamp?- insulation resistance
A new machine does not function?- Continuity
A new three phase motor is running the wrong way?-phase sequence

Someone can tell I'm right??

fine. the 1st 2 could include visual inspection. commonly known as an eyeball test.

A shock received whilst changing an Es lamp?- Exposed conductive part/s

A new machine does not function?- (step by step with this one) - Supply to the machine is incorrect. Isolation switches are not functioning correctly. Manufactures instructions have not been followed. Machine incoming supply has not been terminated correctly. Internal iso switch is faulty OR an internal fuse has blown. Last and not least, your pushing the wrong button to make the machine work lol. (it happens).

A new three phase motor is running the wrong way?-phase sequence..... spot on.
