We were considering offering Suntech as a 'budget' alternative, seeing these pictures has out me off now. How on earth would you explain this appearance to a customer?

Had loads of the 245's before, never had a problem. These are the new versions.
 
We have had fitted a few now. The photos make them look worse than they are and Suntech have given a document to explain why the blemishes and 'blue diamonds' are there and that the performance will be as stated on the data sheet.

We give the customer the choice between the Blackpearl modules and an alternative.

I was having a look at these for a job as opposed to the caymax 250w which I'm not too keen on. I like the suntechs and there a good price but them dont look too pretty!
 
Ok here's the update - they are supposed to look like that, something to do with how they are made.

I'm sending mine back - they look every bit as bad as the photos and if you're customers are happy getting what look like seconds then you won't have a problem otherwise they are bloody awful! Back to the 245's if/when stck appears...
