supplimentary bonding in bathroom

May be a daft question but what is the best way to supplementary bond a radiator in a bathroom?

Opinions would be appreciated.

Well this is something often seen.

I think its because a plumbers PTF tape prevents continuity and therefore needs a bridge either side. However, I have seen it done with one cable run from the rad up the wall to somewhere?

It matters not about a break in continuity...unless the radiator is in contact with or fixed to structural steel it is not an Extraneous conductive part and therefore doesnt require bonding. The pipes supplying it may well be extraneous conductive parts and so may require bonding.
