Good day all,

I'm looking to run 6mm 3 core SWA about a distance of 10 meters from a house to a garage. I've got the catenary wire sorted but the garage is going to require some sort of "metal" pole in order to maintain regulation height. I guess I'm looking for something that isn't ugly but obviously strong enough so that it wont buckle under the weight. I've been looking around and cannot seem to find anything suitable.

Can you "guys" please let me know what it is you use?

Thanks but I was hoping for something a tadge more aesthetically pleasing. I know I'm fussy but then so our some of our clients.:-(

:D Its bad enough that being a sparky means I spend 50% of my time being some kind of builder. I really don't want to have to add decorating to my repertoire.

BTW how would you clamp a scaffold pole to the side of a shed/garage?
