SWA in other flats

HI just wondering if any one can help
just been given a contract to wire six flats but there hasnt been any ducts put in for the sub mains and the builder wants me to run them up the soil stack boxing form the ground floor flat up to the third floor .
can i or cant i

yes thats ok as there will be no point that a resident will have access to the cables or connections

they will need fixing in someway

Anyway of getting some tray in there for support???

Probably need to fire stop where you pass between floors too.
