SWA Label

Hello

We need to label a load of SWA cables at each end. I've seen folks using some lables that you can write on, put in a sleeve and then ty-rap them to the cable. I've asked wholesalers I deal with and they don;t stock anything.

Could anyone tell me what they are called and perhaps a web link to a site that sells them

We use a thing called Critchly markers, the cable numbers/letters slide on to a tag which has slots in the end so they can be ty-wrapped to the cable. Get them RS.

critchlys are what i use, you buy the numbers and letters so no need to write on them

Go for the Critchley they last for years and don’t fade in the most sh**ty enviroment. I've worked on plants that were over 40 years old. The cable tags were still in good condition.
