Switch controlling the meter.

Couldn't believe my eyes, heard about it never seen it. It was a tnc-s system and I discovered a out of place switch by the box labeled as outside light and to my surprise it actually done something else. Anyone else discovered this ? And what can potentially be the danger. Don't want to go to much in to it , is this happening around the uk due to the reccesion? Who would do this and what could they recieve for this ? Life in prison I hope or maybe a slap on the wrist.

If it's bypassing a certain monitering device outside of the installation and therefore supply that installation with electric energy that can not be esitmated ...............

Walk away, or snitch it's a matter of your concience, but I would not work on the installation under these circumstances.

Was there lots of condensation on the inside of the windows and a very bright glow from inside

abstracting electricity is very naughty......5 years at worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cover your --- mate...if you were the last electrically competent person there you have a duty to report or get blamed....one of the two....lol
