Discuss SY cable? in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

I

iamelectric

can anyone tell me what the current carrying capacity is for a 6mm SY 3 core cable , or where i can find a table or do i just go by the 70* thermoplastc table in the regs book

I seem to remember there was a discussion a while back about whether SY is OK for carrying mains or not? Think Malc had something to say on the matter???
