IMHO, You will never lose much with taking tablets. It's all about how much food you ram down your throat. Eat less....weigh less!
Buy smaller dinner plates, and don't pile it up, don't graze, but eat at least 3 healthy-ish meals a day in smaller quantities. Never wait till evening to eat a huge meal. Prepare your lunch for work the previous eve and put in the fridge, and always have something for breakfast....NOT FRIED ****

decades of slimming tablets, millions sold yet i never seen a slim person come to me and say i used to be fat but since using xxxxxx i lost loads ....<br><br>Change your eating habits and/or drinking habits, exercise more.<br><br>The simple truth is and always has been if you eat less calories than you burn off then you will lose weight....it doesn't cost anything to lose weight and should see you saving on junk food and sugary drinks.....dont get sucker punched into these wonder pills they always advertise with the terms 'in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise' ---- if you did both of these to start with then you wouldn't be seeking the pills.<br><br>Harsh .... yes but just trying to wake you up to the truth that their is no magic pill that makes you lose weight while still keeping you alive and healthy.
