Was asked to go and check over a house someone I know has just bought and basically do all the tests to establish if there are any problems ect....all the main protective bonding is undersize and needs doing and I found an unfused 2gang socket fed with 3core 1.5mm, but the home owner has asked me to upgrade his tails.
The tails are 16mm and have all the outer sleeving removed, on the outgoing side of the meter there are 2 sets of both line and neutral feeding two bs3036 boards, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.
My question is...do they actually need changing on the basis of csa??, the supply fuse is 60A so they are well protected
