Technical writing is a skill that you will need should you choose to go beyond the 2391 (2396, HNC etc) and If you've seen some of the SN videos dissecting Examiners reports, there was a common theme of instead of talking about a regulation, dissecting the intent and reasoning and writing about that, users either end up quoting the regulation verbatim or go off on an unrelated tangent.

Simple exercise; Pick a wheel, spin the wheel, write about the regulation given.

There are currently 6 wheels (Parts 1 to 6), working on Part 7

Part 1 (Scope) wheel:. Picker Wheel - Spin the Wheel to Decide a Random Choice - https://pickerwheel.com/pw?id=K596b

Part 2 (Definitions) wheel:. Picker Wheel - Spin the Wheel to Decide a Random Choice - https://pickerwheel.com/pw?id=dnPHQ

Part 2 (Abbreviations) wheel:.

Part 3 (General Characteristics) wheel: Picker Wheel - Spin the Wheel to Decide a Random Choice - https://pickerwheel.com/pw?id=LEZbt

Part 4 (Protection for Safety) wheel:

Part 5 (Selection and Erection):

Part 6 (Inspection and Testing):

Part 7 - To follow
