temp site install discon times

hi all, just wired tested the supply to temp site cabins on a construction site, one is a canteen and one is an office, i have in my mind that the disconnection time should be 0.2s for temp supplies rather than 0.4 can anyone confirm this please??

also the supply to them need to be tested every three months??

Hi mate.

As they are classed as "administrative buildings" the requirements of section 704 in the regs dont apply. So the disconnection times are those associated with your earthing system i.e 0.4 for TN and 0.2 for TT.
