I am a first time poster go easy!

I am installing an isolator which will be fed off the live side of a mem 160A main switch, what is the best way to connect the cables to the live side of the switch? Crimps? Is that the only way?

Also how do I go about setting up temporary lighting?

Some of these questions may come accross as stupid but I never done this before!

Hope to get some solutions

Thanks
