What is the maximun period between certification of temorary supplies and what would i do if i found a fault with the equipment durring the certification period?

in answer to the second part of your question, if you found a fault YOU would come on here and start a thread asking what to do about it

3 MONTHS

You would do as you would on any other fault isolate, bring to clients attention ,do as client requests

Note depending on site SWA is fulnerable to crushing and joiners,plasterers ect ect

If the temporary supply is on a construction site (most likely situation), GN3 Table 3.2 recommends 3 months maximum initial frequency for inspection & testing and routine checks.
