Hi, i am looking for some advice regarding a tender i am going to submit.
I have been invited to tender to a house builder with 50 plots on one site, they have sent me the specs etc and i am going to put prices together but i'm not sure how they want the tender presenting. Will they just want it bluntly, this will cost this etc? or a thorough document with contents, introduction etc?
Any advice willl be greatly appreciated!
